Tips for Quality Sleep

Sleeping have 2 issue to be consider, the first one is quantity, a person should sleep at least 8 hours per day, the second one is quality of sleeping, sleep at night have more quality rather than sleep at day, because at night our body rejuvenate its cell.

Here are tips to have quality sleep:

-Do exercise until sweating minimal 1 time per 2 days, you can do it at late afternoon, so at night your muscle will be more relax and can trigger sleepy sensation.

-Avoid drinking too much before go to sleep and drink at least 2 hour before sleep, it helps to avoid wake up at night just to urinate.

-Avoid any hard food at least 4 hour before go to sleep, you can change those hard food to fruits if you feel hungry, because when we sleep our body use energy to rejuvenate and repair it’s tissue, and if we eat hard food before go to sleep it will disturb the body rejuvenate process because part of the energy will be use to digests the food.

-Always pray and try to enter our sleep with smile, it will give us psychologist feeling such as calm and felling lighter to sleep.
