Tips for Quality Sleep

Sleeping have 2 issue to be consider, the first one is quantity, a person should sleep at least 8 hours per day, the second one is quality of sleeping, sleep at night have more quality rather than sleep at day, because at night our body rejuvenate its cell.

Here are tips to have quality sleep:

-Do exercise until sweating minimal 1 time per 2 days, you can do it at late afternoon, so at night your muscle will be more relax and can trigger sleepy sensation.

-Avoid drinking too much before go to sleep and drink at least 2 hour before sleep, it helps to avoid wake up at night just to urinate.

-Avoid any hard food at least 4 hour before go to sleep, you can change those hard food to fruits if you feel hungry, because when we sleep our body use energy to rejuvenate and repair it’s tissue, and if we eat hard food before go to sleep it will disturb the body rejuvenate process because part of the energy will be use to digests the food.

-Always pray and try to enter our sleep with smile, it will give us psychologist feeling such as calm and felling lighter to sleep.

Natural Body signal

Most people are not realizing their body can communicate, off course it can not communicate with human language but it always communicate with it’s natural signal
Here are few major signal according to DR. Husen A.Bajray,M.D.,Ph.D that our body try to communicate with us, it simple and almost repeated but we often not realize as a communication signal from our body.

Hunger
These type signal means the body informs to us that our stomach is ready to be fill again

Thirst
Thirst signal means our body asking for water supply, it means our body is lacking liquid, remember more than 70% of our body are water

Sleepy

The body asking to get rest or to sleep, avoid using tonic or drugs just to keep stay awake, these are not healthy. When we are sleeping our body rejuvenating it self, so we don’t want to miss that chance wouldn’t we.

Exhausted
This is the signal where our body tries to tell us that we might overwork and drain our physical body and our mind and we should take break immediately to restore our energy. Avoid any energy drink, they are only giving momentary refreshment but it can disturb body balance system.

Nauseous
It is a positive signal from our body When we feel nauseous, it might indicate there are something wrong such as digestive system not working well or too much toxic accumulate in our body, you should see the doctor about this matter. The expert will diagnostic your nauseous symptom and gives you a professional solution.

Pain

Pain is not a disease, but an effect that cause by disease. Immediately seek a doctor so the disease can be diagnostic at early level.

Fever

Fever not always indicate disease, but it might indicate there are infection in your body or indicate toxin accumulation in body system, so the body should increase its temperature to neutralize those toxin.

Diarrhea
Diarrhea is a signal from our body that there are toxin accumulate in our digestive system.

Constipation
Constipation is a serious matter, it is part of disease and can cause an infection disease .When we are having constipation it mean there are unbalance of positive bacteria in our bowel and there might also something wrong with our eat pattern or unbalance eat pattern

Beside of those signals, there are still other signals that we need to learn in order to get good communication and maintain our body healthiness.
And according to DR. Husen A.Bajray,M.D.,Ph.D those signal are positive signal not negative signal.Because that is the way our body communicates with us and if we can understand and take the appropriate action we can live more healthier, sadly most of us see those as negative signals and take pharmaceutical drugs to solve the symptom without cure the core disease

Detox

The simple understanding of Detox is process to expelling toxic or venomous substance from body
As I wrote before” nature is not an object, but it’s the subject, it’s the big main part of our human life” this mean our body are also part of nature. In some ancient religion people are believe body are micro cosmos and the earth are macro cosmos.
So, to stay healthy we must maintain our body balance with natural substance, but sadly in everyday our body act as “receiver or collecting agent“ for venomous substance from our foods and drinks.
Those substances are “handmade” technology with only economical purpose. Those toxics existed in almost every food and drinks we consume, they are mostly artificial sweetener, flavor, coloring, preservatives, pesticide residue, other hazardous chemical from pollution ( air, water, land pollution ), chemical from material for food and drinks canister e.tc.
That’s why we need to care our body it’s and maintain it in its nature condition by get rid of those substance from body ,and the process to do it are call DETOX.
If we do not detox, those toxic will accumulate in our body, and after several time it will impact to our internal organ productivity and will cause degenerative disease.
Some source says that we need to detox at least twice a year, well I think it’s depend on your life pattern ( eat pattern, work pattern ,social life pattern ) but there are nothing bad with detox as long as you do it in the right way.

Health has become importance issue to almost everyone in this modern life, more and more day people are spending more money for their health problem.
It seem like everybody are more aware about health issue rather than decade ago, but do this people realize the essence to achieve the health they are seeking about are simple just BACK TO THE NATURE?

Well, not all of them know this “secret”, and its very pity to maintain our health with pharmaceutical drugs whereas our nature provides almost everything we need to keep our body stay healthy and fit.
